Ik had het plezier om een workshop van Veronika bij te wonen gebaseerd met als onderwerp haar alom geprezen 'Goed Bezig Checkup' boek. 'Goed Bezig Checkup' is een 'must read' voor elke coaching professional, ongeacht zijn/haar ervaring. Op een overzichtelijke manier worden bestaande concepten verweven tot een vlot lezend boek. Je kan er bovendien onmiddellijk praktisch mee aan de slag. Tijdens de workshop stond ik verbaasd over de ongelooflijke L&D bagage waarover Veronika beschikt. Samen met haar gedrevenheid, doelgerichtheid en no nonsense aanpak zorgen deze uitzonderlijke expertise ervoor dat Veronika excelleert in haar domein. Veronika has supported me with individual and team business coaching sessions @Azelis. During these sessions she enabled first-time, middle and senior managers to gain additional insights and new leadership techniques. Veronica has coached me for improving my personal effectiveness in communication. Her approach worked very well, the positive feed-back from my environment was only confirming this.
